• Visited to a few travel agencies such as Lotus travel agency,
Sahara Travel agency to understand their working procedures.
• Since everything is a manual process, one has to spend lot of time
in waiting.
• Booking clerk also takes considerable time to decide the flight
availability, seat availability, air fare etc.
• Several persons are involved in the booking process such as
preparation of ticket, ticket checking, cashier, dispatcher etc.
• In some cases even tickets are not available, the passenger has to
waste lot of time which results in frustration.
• In case the ticket is not
available with at one travel agency, the passenger has to approach different
travel agency.
Booking process

We have also visited Yatara.com and Makemytrip.com websites to
understand the look and feel, functionality, features available, layout of the
pages, website design etc. of the website. This has helped us in designing of
our web pages and database.
